Healthy Flexibility:

This workshop supports teachers in developing greater sensitivity and precision in recognizing and facilitating the release of connective tissue tension patterns in dancers, using clear verbal cueing and assisted stretching. Even in strong, well-conditioned dancers, restrictive connective tissue patterning can limit strength, mobility, and ease, and is often a contributing factor in chronic tension, pain, or movement restriction.

3. Demonstration -  addressing tension patterns 

4. Partner Exercises - hands-on experience
