Mr. AJ happily offers guest classes in acrobatics and ballet technique, stretch/strength/conditioning workshops, as well as performance coaching for competitions and auditions.

- for dancers ages 5 and up, AJ’s acro classes are energetic, inclusive, and skill-focused. Classes begin with an engaging warm-up and progress through a broad range of acrobatic vocabulary—rolls, balances, backbends and contortion work, aerials, handsprings, floor skills, tucks, layouts, and more—tailored to the level of the group.
Drawing on his medical and anatomical training alongside extensive acrobatic experience, AJ emphasizes precise, safe movement patterns that support strength, confidence, and long-term physical health. He has trained with Acrobatic Arts (Modules 1 & 2) and also completed their Aerial / Back Handspring workshop.
- for dancers ages 8 and up, AJ’s ballet classes are set to energizing instrumental music and move through an exploratory barre, across-the-floor work, and contemporary ballet combinations in center.
Classes invite a playful, curious approach while maintaining strong technical discipline, supporting dancers in integrating technique with artistry. Emphasis is placed on posture and presentation, technical clarity, movement quality, weight transfer, and expanding ballet vocabulary.
