"Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy."

AJ has been practicing Reiki since 2014, and has been a Reiki Master since 2015. He undergoes multiple trainings every year at all levels to strengthen his healing abilities and deepen his own healing journey. He is trained at the Master Level in the styles of Holy Fire® III World Peace, Usui and Karuna Reiki® and Animal Reiki as taught by the ICRT and falls more deeply in love with this amazing healing modality every day.
